Returns & Exchanges

30-day return policy

You always have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the item.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Any protective film must remain intact
  • Prints are considered consumables and must therefore be in brand new condition upon return.

Our prints are designed to be easy to apply with low and controlled heat. However, different football boots can consist of different materials that react differently to heat.

For best results, we recommend that you follow our step-by-step instructions carefully. The application is done by you as the customer, and therefore you are responsible for using the correct temperature and method.

We always recommend:

  • to use baking paper/Teflon sheets
  • to start with low heat (120–130°C)
  • to press for a short time (8–10 seconds)
  • to not use steam
  • to test on a small hidden area if you are unsure

By following the instructions, the risk of damage is minimized and you get the best possible result.
We do not replace damages that occur due to incorrect application or use of excessive heat.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we have received and approved the return
  • Normally within 3–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

Do you want to exchange for another design or product? Make a return as described above and then place a new order – it's the fastest and most convenient way.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Since the products are small and light, it is fine to send them back in a regular letter.

Problems with delivery?

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or if something is missing from the shipment – we always resolve it quickly and smoothly.
